Since their formation in 2014, Brisbane up and comers Stateside have become a force to reckon with, especially given this new music video for the track 'Neon' from their Sophomore EP "Naive", released May 25 last year. This music video features singer Erin Reus escaping from a controlling boyfriend, finding freedom in a stolen car. The rest of the band make cameo appearances throughout the clip and the video climaxes with a full band performance which fittingly kicks in on the super infectious "No chains, no hooks, no need to try and fix me".
Now while it may have been a hot minute since these guys (and gal) came out with this EP, I can't help but wonder how much longer we need to wait for new material! Since getting together with producer Troy Brady (ex-The Amity Affliction), this 5 piece pop punk/alt rock outfit have really solidified their sound, and I can't be any happier for them.
