" Something darker is growing within me, throughto the front lines we will march"

Witchgrinder have blessed the industrial metal scene with their new single 'Demonic Death Machine' throwing off massive chuggy traditional metal vibes that honestly anyone could enjoy.

The Australia based metal ensemble really did deliver heavy. My first impressions of the song over the first minute were very much an enjoyable experience. I found myself headbanging, cruising along, really enjoying the sound until about a minute and twenty seconds in where we are hit with a guitar riff that made my jaw drop. The band did such a good job portraying the classical yet somewhat technical trashier metal sound.

The song carries heavy chugs throughout which I am an absolute sucker for – yet still being quite consistent. The classic sound paired with the solid recording by Chris Themelco at Monolith Studios cements the quality sound the band have produced thus far.

Witchgrinder have done an immaculate job really setting the scene for an ominous yet technical feel for this single and in all honesty I’m really excited to see which direction the band is taking.
